Online Verification opens on Friday, August 7. Within the Parent Portal (Infinite Campus) parents/guardians can:
Complete the Annual Verification Form/Update Health Information/Acknowledge the 26-27 Parent/Student Handbook
Complete the Strengths and Needs Screener Consent Form
Complete the Transportation/Busing Request Form (if needed)
Complete the Home Income Survey Form (curriculum fees will be waived automatically for families who qualify)
Edit parent/guardian phone number and email
View your child's schedule
Complete additional optional forms
To update a parent/guardian address, contact information for district/school SMS message, phones calls, and emails, and/or emergency contact information, please contact your child's school registrar.
2. Update your Child's Immunizations/Certifications or Exemptions
Iowa law requires students to have certain immunizations, vision, and dental screenings before starting school in the fall. Students will not be able to attend school in the fall without proof of the required immunizations and screenings, or a certificate of exemption.
How to Submit Records or Exemptions:
Bring copies of immunization/certification records or exceptions to your child's school
Email copies to your child's school nurse with the subject line "Immunizations/Certifications for [Child Name] [Child ID Number]"

6. Attend Back-to-School Night on Tuesday, August 18th
Preschool through 5th grade will be from 4-6 pm, 6th through 8th grades will be from 5-7pm and 9th through 12th grades will be from 6-8 pm.
